We are an independent, community-run site that shares fan-made, educational, and unofficial content related to Minecraft-style gameplay through Eaglercraft and similar tools. We do not claim ownership of Minecraft or any related intellectual property. All trademarks and copyrights referenced belong to their respective owners.

🔒 License, No Sharing & Redistribution

• When you purchase an item (e.g., X-ray files, world files .epk, config packs, or Discord roles), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use that item.
• You can’t share. You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, mirror, leak, gift, lend, sublicense, publish, post publicly, or otherwise share purchased items or any access credentials. This includes uploading to public drives, paste sites, code repositories, or file hosts.
• You may not remove or alter watermarks, metadata, or license notices, nor circumvent any access controls or DRM-like measures.
• Discord roles or similar access perks are single-user and non-transferable. Do not sell or transfer them to other accounts.
• We may include unique identifiers for anti-abuse and anti-piracy. By purchasing, you consent to this for license enforcement.

🎮 Educational & Personal Use Only

All content is intended for personal, educational, and non-commercial use only. Do not use our content to cheat, disrupt, exploit, or break rules on other platforms or servers. Respect the terms, rules, and policies of any third-party services you use.

❌ Final Sale / No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are provided for digital items. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access begins immediately and waive any withdrawal rights where applicable. Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility with your device, changes to third-party services, or account issues resulting from misuse.

🛠️ Use at Your Own Risk

You assume full responsibility for using Shop content. We are not liable for any damages, bans, crashes, performance issues, data loss, security incidents, or other consequences affecting your devices, accounts, or third-party services.

👤 User Accounts, Roles & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account(s).
• Do not share, sell, or loan your access or roles. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly.
• We may require verification before making account-related changes or re-granting access to items.

💳 Payments, Chargebacks & Taxes

• By purchasing, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that information you provide is accurate.
• No chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or dispute for validly delivered digital items violates these Terms. We may revoke access, ban accounts, and provide evidence of delivery/use to payment processors.
• Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees not collected at checkout.

🛒 Purchases via Gumroad

• All purchases for GetMC.net Shop items are processed through Gumroad, a third-party platform.
• By buying, you also agree to Gumroad’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable rules.
• Once payment is confirmed, Gumroad will provide access to the purchased item(s), typically as a ZIP archive, .epk file, or folder download.
• Delivery of digital goods is handled by Gumroad’s systems. We are not responsible for Gumroad outages, payment errors, or technical issues on their side, but we will try to assist where possible.

📦 Delivery of Digital Goods

• Digital items are delivered via download link, direct file transfer, or role assignment (e.g., Discord) after payment is confirmed.
• If you purchased through Gumroad, your delivery is made available through Gumroad’s download system.
• We may update items over time; updates are not guaranteed and may require repurchase depending on scope.
• For security and anti-abuse reasons, delivery methods and access windows may change without notice.

🧹 Suspension, Revocation & Termination

• We may suspend or revoke licenses, roles, or access at our discretion if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable laws.
• We may remove or change Shop items, features, or pricing at any time. Access to previously purchased items may be limited or discontinued for legal, safety, or operational reasons.
• In cases of abuse, piracy, or fraud, we may share relevant information with payment processors or platform providers for enforcement.

• All items remain the property of their respective creators and rights holders. Your license does not grant ownership.
• References to Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Eaglercraft, or any third-party trademarks are for descriptive purposes only and imply no endorsement.

⛔ Prohibited Uses

• Sharing, reselling, redistributing, leaking, or public posting of purchased items or access credentials.
• Bypassing technical measures, watermark removal, or reverse engineering to avoid license restrictions.
• Using items to violate third-party terms, disrupt services, enable cheating, or conduct unlawful activities.
• Automated scraping of private downloads or attempting to access non-public resources.

🔐 Privacy & Data

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Shop (e.g., payment confirmations, role assignments, and basic contact details you provide). We do not sell your personal data.
